I could not
stay in Hillsdale for Christmas, but I did
make a quick trip home the night before. We went
out to eat in Gt. Barrington.
|
June was invited
to the wedding of some friends of hers. The
reception was at Eagle's Rock, which had this very
nice view--next to a memorial for 9/11.

At the very end
of 2005, I realized that we had bought enough
food at Shop Rite to get a free turkey. So
I got one. We invited Jean, Christopher, and
Pia over to eat it with us. Here, Jean is helping
out.
|
I pose with the
bird I cooked. My mother recommended putting
bacon on it while it cooked, which was a good idea.
Kept the skin moist.

Much food was
left over after our meal. June and I ate
turkey over the course of more than a
week.
|
June and I
visited Hillsdale in February for a small family
reunion. The family photos were not so good; but
the kitty photos were fine.

As you can
imagine, he got his name from the noise he makes.
He has six toes on his front paws.

I have no idea
why this cat was named "Andy." I think it's
weird.
